Lean Process Engineer

Job Description

We are searching for a Lean Process Engineer to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of lean methodologies and will be responsible for leading process improvement initiatives across various projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and workflows to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Identify bottlenecks in production and provide actionable solutions to overcome them.
• Design and implement lean training programs for staff across various departments.
• Create and manage project timelines and ensure adherence to set deadlines.
• Drive change management initiatives to facilitate the adoption of lean practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to set improvement targets and track progress.
• Organize regular reviews of processes to ensure continuous alignment with business objectives.
• Document process improvements and maintain records for compliance and audit purposes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in process improvement roles
