Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather user insights.

• Collaborate with developers to implement designs and ensure they align with user expectations.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines and documentation.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders.
• Work alongside product managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design or related fields

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
• User Interface Design
• Prototyping Tools (Figma, Sketch)

Soft Skills

• Creativity
• Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript): Knowledge of web technologies to assist in understanding design feasibility.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies: Experience working in Agile teams is advantageous.
