Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements to provide insights for clients.
• Create financial models for mergers and acquisitions.
• Contribute to the development of marketing materials.
• Assist in preparing client proposals and engagement letters.
• Work closely with legal teams to coordinate transaction documentation.
• Participate in client presentations, providing analytical support.
• Conduct industry comparisons and benchmarking analysis.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Master's degree in Finance is preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking or financial analysis
