Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead design discussions and workshops, fostering creativity and innovation.
  • Document and maintain project timelines and deliverables.
  • Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders to navigate regulatory processes.
  • Propose sustainable design alternatives to improve energy efficiency.
  • Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Research and recommend materials and technologies for inclusion in designs.
  • Participate in design competitions to enhance company visibility and opportunity.
  • Manage project files and ensure documentation is up to date.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • Master's degree in Architecture is a plus
Experience
  • 6+ years of experience in architectural practice

  • 3D Rendering Software
  • Building Codes Knowledge

Certifications
  • Registered Professional Planner (RPP)
