• Identify key performance indicators and ensure targets are met.
• Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues.
• Assist in the development of training materials for new processes.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and insights.
• Support inventory management and logistics optimization.
• Mentor junior engineers and assist with their professional development.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering

• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
