Job Description

As a bulker, you will be responsible for carrying and transporting bulk cargo efficiently. This role involves managing loading and unloading operations of grains, minerals, or chemicals, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between different teams for smooth operations.
• Implement best practices in cargo management and operations.
• Resolve any issues related to cargo handling promptly.
• Participate in safety drills and emergency preparedness training.
• Assist in the maintenance of shipping documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Additional maritime certifications
• Experience with specific types of bulk cargo

Experience

• Experience in managing international shipping operations is preferred

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of maritime regulations
• Ability to speak multiple languages

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Team leadership skills

Certifications

• First aid and CPR certifications
• Additional cargo handling certifications

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
