As an Investment Banker at our Durban office, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, and investment strategies. You will leverage your analytical skills to evaluate financial data and market trends, guiding clients towards informed financial decisions that lead to sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess potential investment opportunities, aligning them with client goals.
• Support clients in developing investment strategies that drive growth.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are prioritized.
• Oversee client communications and ensure timely follow-ups on proposals.
• Engage in continuous market research to stay abreast of industry trends and developments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related discipline
• MBA or similar qualification is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant investment banking experience

Certifications

• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
• FRM (Financial Risk Manager)

Languages

• English: Fluent
