Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator for our Pretoria office to manage ongoing projects efficiently. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the project management team, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and enhancing team dynamics.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the project management team.
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders regarding project updates.
  • Assist in the implementation of project management best practices.
  • Compile and distribute meeting minutes and reports.
  • Manage project-related correspondence and maintain records.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Project Management or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination
