We are seeking a skilled Surveyor to join our growing team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both land surveying and project management, ensuring precision and quality in all surveying tasks.
Responsibilities
Perform topographic surveys for land development projects.
Prepare legal documents such as land leases and easements.
Ensure quality control for all surveying outputs and deliverables.
Coordinate with municipal authorities regarding property boundaries and zoning.
Develop project timelines and communicate effectively with clients.
Make recommendations based on survey findings to minimize discrepancies.
Assist in the training and mentoring of junior surveying staff.
Participate in client meetings to present survey results and discuss findings.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Surveying or a related field.
Professional licensure as a Surveyor is preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying.
