We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and financial reports for projects.
• Assess and value variations, claims, and disputes ensuring accurate financial tracking.
• Engage in procurement processes, evaluating supplier and subcontractor bids.
• Monitor cash flow and project finances, providing timely recommendations.
• Ensure that all financial aspects of projects comply with industry standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and prepare mitigation strategies.
• Foster relationships with clients and professional stakeholders.
• Utilize project management software to track costs and progress.
• Participate in project review meetings offering financial insights.
• Provide advice on cost-effective construction solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience managing large-scale construction projects.
