Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Agricultural Equipment Operator to manage and maintain various farming machinery, including balers and tractors. As part of our team, you will ensure the efficient harvesting and processing of crops while adhering to safety standards and operational guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of all agricultural machinery on site.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform necessary repairs.
• Implement effective safety practices while working with machinery.
• Work closely with the farm manager to achieve operational goals.
• Assist with other farming tasks as assigned by the management.
• Stay informed about new agricultural technologies and practices.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant qualifications in agriculture or related field preferred.

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
