We are seeking a knowledgeable Tax Specialist to join our finance team in Cape Town. The Tax Specialist will be responsible for preparing tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws, and providing tax advice to clients. Candidates should have a strong understanding of tax regulations and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships, ensuring clarity and transparency in all tax matters.
• Advise clients on tax-minimization strategies.
• Review tax returns and filings for accuracy and completeness.
• Train and mentor junior tax staff.
• Collaborate with the finance team to align tax planning with business strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Master's degree or Higher Qualification in Taxation is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in taxation roles
