We are searching for a Reclamation Supervisor to oversee reclamation operations within our company. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities, a solid understanding of reclamation projects, and the capacity to motivate and manage a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement reclamation strategies, ensuring environmental compliance.
• Lead a team of reclamation professionals, providing mentorship and guidance.
• Ensure the completion of reclamation projects within specified timelines.
• Establish and promote safety protocols on-site.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure operational efficiency.
• Prepare and present project reports to upper management.
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation effectively.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and project partners.
• Investigate and resolve reclamation-related issues promptly.
• Assist in the evaluation of new reclamation technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or Environmental Science preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in a similar supervisory role, particularly in mining or construction

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Experience with GIS software

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills

Certifications

• Certification in Project Management
• Environmental Management Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
