Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring they align with our strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the project kick-off meeting and define project scope.
  • Manage project changes and ensure documentation is updated.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather feedback and address concerns.
  • Track project deliverables and ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain a risk register and report on status.
  • Collaborate with procurement to manage vendor relationships.
  • Support the development of project strategies and long-term goals.
  • Facilitate post-project review sessions to capture lessons learned.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management or Engineering
  • Master’s degree is an advantage

  • 5+ years of extensive project management experience
