We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team in East London. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining IT systems. Your expertise will ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical support requests from staff.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults.
• Set up and install new equipment for employees.
• Ensure effective use of company IT resources.
• Collaborate with IT team to enhance systems and processes.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment.
• Provide assistance with user training sessions.
• Assist in the development of IT procedures and policies.
• Perform regular updates on systems and software.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field
• Certification in IT Support (e.g. CompTIA A+, ITIL) is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT support roles
