Job Description

We are seeking a passionate E-commerce Manager to spearhead our online sales strategy. You will oversee all aspects of our e-commerce operations, from optimizing user experience to driving digital marketing strategies aimed at increasing our online presence and revenue. Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform.
  • Conduct user testing to improve online shopping experiences.
  • Implement SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic.
  • Work with customer service to resolve any online transaction issues.
  • Facilitate A/B testing for promotional campaigns and website changes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • MBA or similar qualification preferred
Experience
  • Proven experience of at least 6 years in e-commerce or digital marketing
