Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include providing technical assistance, managing IT equipment, and enhancing user experience across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and recommend IT solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with users.
  • Conduct regular maintenance on IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Perform backups and ensure data integrity.
  • Assist with user account management and access controls.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Mentor junior IT staff and interns.
  • Assist in documentation and reporting for IT compliance.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in IT or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support roles
