Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable Cybersecurity Consultant to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will design and implement security measures to protect our systems, networks, and information. You will be responsible for assessing risks and developing strategies to mitigate vulnerabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess current security protocols and recommend improvements.
• Implement security policies in line with local and international regulations.
• Engage in threat intelligence sharing with relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct security awareness training workshops for employees.
• Utilize security tools to identify and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Assist in the creation of security documentation and reports.
• Coordinate with law enforcement on cybersecurity incidents.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISA) are advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or related field
