Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee various projects from initiation through to completion. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies, along with experience in leading teams to achieve project goals within set deadlines and budgets. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Implement project tracking tools and techniques to monitor project performance.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to junior project team members.
• Assist in the development of project proposals and bidding processes.
• Evaluate project outcomes against objectives and implement lessons learned.
• Engage with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met throughout the project.
• Drive continuous improvement practices within project teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Master's degree or additional certifications in project management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in managing projects

Certifications
