Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Johannesburg. This role involves providing comprehensive healthcare services, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health needs and develop comprehensive health strategies.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Provide patient education on medication management and lifestyle changes.
• Track patient outcomes and progress, adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
• Perform physical exams and order necessary laboratory tests.
• Advise on preventive health measures and wellness strategies.
• Participate in healthcare team meetings to discuss patient care improvements.
• Uphold the ethical standards of nursing and patient confidentiality.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in a clinical setting preferred
