Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated First-Line Supervisor for our production team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate the operations of our production staff, ensuring that quality standards are met while achieving production targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to achieve production goals.
• Respond quickly to any operational issues that arise.
• Prepare work schedules and assign tasks to team members.
• Review operational reports and metrics to inform decision-making.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent
• Diploma in Textile Production or related field is preferred

Experience

• At least 5 years in a manufacturing environment, including supervisory experience.
