Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Binder Technician to manage the maintenance and repair of binding equipment essential for producing top-quality printed materials. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, performing regular preventive maintenance, and ensuring that all equipment operates smoothly to meet production deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assess and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Conduct planned maintenance and unexpected repairs.
• Follow schematic drawings and technical instructions closely.
• Guide and mentor junior technicians on best practices.
• Oversee compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Keep detailed reports of all repairs and maintenance performed.
• Work collaboratively with production to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Develop and maintain a parts inventory system.
• Contribute to equipment enhancement projects.
• Assist in training sessions for new employees.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical qualification in mechanical engineering or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in binder maintenance

Technical Skills

• Hydraulic systems knowledge

Languages
