UX Designer

Job Description

As a UX Designer at Creative Solutions Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design user interfaces that are not only visually appealing but also intuitive and functional. You will be responsible for conducting user research, creating wireframes and interactive prototypes, and continuously iterating on designs based on user testing and feedback. Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze user requirements through interviews and surveys.
• Construct wireframes and visual designs that reflect user needs and preferences.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design integrity across platforms.
• Conduct A/B testing to validate design decisions.
• Utilize design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD.
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate design ideas.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior designers.
• Contribute to visual and interactive design thinking processes.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and priorities.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Interaction Design or a related field is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a UX design role

Technical Skills

• Wireframing and Prototyping

Certifications

• Certified UX Designer

Languages
