Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team in Port Elizabeth. In this role, you will be responsible for protecting our systems and data against security breaches and attacks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity measures and a proactive approach to identifying vulnerabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage security tools and software to ensure comprehensive protection.
• Investigate security breaches and prepare detailed incident reports.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors for security audits and assessments.
• Stay updated on the latest security trends and technology advancements.
• Enhance the organization's security policies through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
• Certifications such as CEH or CISM are preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles
