Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Programme Manager to lead our projects in Johannesburg. Responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery, you will ensure alignment with both client expectations and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple project teams, ensuring project deliverables are met.
• Develop project plans, goals, and budgets for new initiatives.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and team members.
• Identify and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and produce detailed project reports.
• Implement project management best practices and methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Business or Project Management

Experience

• 8+ years experience in project or programme management
