Responsibilities

• Engage in the full product lifecycle from concept to completion.

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for sourcing materials and components.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions to drive innovation in mechanical design.
• Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards in engineering practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in mechanical design engineering

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Leadership

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Specialist
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
