In this role, you will be responsible for transforming clients' visions into reality through detailed architectural designs. Your keen eye for detail and strong project management skills will be crucial in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from initial concept through to completion.
• Ensure designs meet both client and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate projects for design efficiency and craftsmanship.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure design intent is realized during construction.
• Assist in the preparation of project bids and proposals.
• Stay updated on architectural trends and incorporate relevant innovations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a closely related field
• Master's degree highly regarded

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design or related fields

• BIM Software
• Adobe Creative Suite

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
