UX Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a UX Designer in Cape Town who is passionate about creating intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences. Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from conception to deployment, ensuring user-centric solutions.
• Conduct A/B testing to evaluate design effectiveness and user engagement.
• Identify trends and patterns from user data to inform design improvements.
• Engage with users to understand their experiences and pain points.
• Create visually appealing and functional designs consistent with brand guidelines.
• Mentor junior designers, fostering an environment of creative growth.
• Evaluate and enhance user experience through regular usability testing.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design roles

Technical Skills

• Prototyping Tools

Certifications

• Certified UX Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Agile methodologies: Previous experience working in Agile projects to adapt to dynamic design requirements.
