Job Description

Seeking a proactive IT Support Technician to join our Johannesburg team. This position will focus on resolving technical issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and offering support to customers, all while enhancing their overall experience with our services.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving hardware, software, and networks.
  • Assist in maintaining the cybersecurity of the organization.
  • Provide technical support for remote users.
  • Work with team members to streamline IT processes and improve user satisfaction.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.
  • Prepare reports on IT operations for management review.
  • Participate in IT projects as required and support change management.

Requirements

Education
  • Certification in IT support or related areas preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support roles preferred
