As an Industrial Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in identifying inefficiencies in production processes and implementing effective solutions. You will utilize tools such as Lean methodologies and Six Sigma to optimize workflows, reduce waste, and elevate productivity across various operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and an ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure maximum efficiency and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies in production.
• Run simulations to test the impact of design changes.
• Work with procurement to streamline material supply chains.
• Collaborate with R&D to ensure product design efficiency.
• Monitor key performance indicators and propose adjustments.
• Lead cross-functional team meetings focused on process enhancement.
• Assist in budget management for engineering projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Engineering is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in process improvement
