Responsibilities

• Manage the production schedule and adjust plans as needed.
• Liaise with various departments to facilitate smooth production flow.
• Identify bottlenecks in the production process and implement solutions.
• Maintain documentation related to production schedules and materials.
• Ensure that production is aligned with customer orders and deadlines.
• Lead daily briefings with the production team to set goals for the day.
• Conduct regular audits of production processes for compliance.
• Collect feedback from team members to continuously improve operations.
• Assist with inventory management to ensure material adequacy.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Production Management or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience in production planning

Languages
