Job Description

As a UX/UI Designer at Creative Tech Group, you will play a key role in shaping the visual aspects of our products. Your experience with user research, prototyping, and collaborative design processes will be vital as we tackle exciting new projects in the digital landscape.

Responsibilities

• Design beautiful and functional interfaces that enhance user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with product managers to define user experience strategies.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify design trends and opportunities.
• Help establish a culture of user-centered design within the team.
• Document design specifications and guidelines for developers.
• Participate in sprint planning and review meetings to align design efforts with project timelines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in User Experience (UX) or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a tech environment

Technical Skills

• Sketch

Certifications

• User Experience Certified (UX Certification Board)

Languages

• English: Fluent
