Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Store Manager to oversee operations in our Gqeberha store. The ideal candidate should have extensive retail experience and a proven track record in leadership roles. This position involves managing staff, maintaining inventory, and driving sales while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all store operations including sales, inventory, and staffing.
  • Create a positive and engaging shopping experience for customers.
  • Regularly assess store performance and recommend improvements.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and ongoing development of staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and best practices.
  • Develop strategies to enhance visual merchandising.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely restocking of products.
  • Conduct daily cash management and financial reporting.
  • Encourage team collaboration and foster strong workplace culture.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate or equivalent
  • Diploma in Retail Management or relevant field is advantageous
