Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager to oversee operations at our Johannesburg store. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and a proven track record in managing sales teams and achieving targets.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage store staff and ensure they are equipped to meet sales targets.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.
• Maintain effective communication with the regional office.
• Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control.
• Encourage and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the store.
• Participate in recruitment and selection of new team members.
• Develop promotional displays and store layouts to boost sales.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or related field
• MBA is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a management role within retail industry
