Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources department in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and will be responsible for developing HR strategies, overseeing recruitment, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR team in executing HR initiatives and programs.
  • Develop and maintain employee engagement strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal regulations.
  • Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation practices.
  • Conduct training sessions to promote employee growth.
  • Oversee talent management and succession planning.
  • Implement employee feedback and performance improvement processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in HR management
