Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruitment Consultant to bolster our team in Bloemfontein. You'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates while building strong client relationships. Ideal candidates will have a passion for connecting talent with opportunities and a keen understanding of the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach passive candidates through various channels.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding.
• Develop candidate talent pools for future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of candidates and job openings.
• Assist in the development of employer branding strategies.
• Provide hiring training and support to junior team members.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment with a focus on technical roles
