UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our vibrant team in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive user interfaces and ensuring a seamless user experience across various digital platforms. Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to delivery for various projects.
• Utilize design software tools to create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on vision and execution.
• Analyze user data and feedback to inform design decisions.
• Advocate for user experience best practices within the organization.
• Support the marketing team with design assets for campaigns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field
• Master's degree in a relevant area is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in digital design

• Sketch
• InVision

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Attention to detail

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in mobile app design: Ability to design for mobile platforms, including iOS and Android apps.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments to adapt to rapid changes.
