• Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
• Provide expert consultation to clients on talent acquisition strategies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication.
• Regularly update clients on progress and candidate status.
• Implement best practices in recruitment to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Human Resources Management or Business Administration

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a recruitment consultant role

• Client Relationship Management

Soft Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

Advantageous

• Certifications in Recruiting: Any additional certifications in recruitment or talent acquisition are a plus.
• Experience in Executive Search: Experience in headhunting for senior-level roles.
