Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Recruitment Consultant with a passion for connecting people. In this role, you will identify and attract the best talent for our diverse clientele. Your proactive approach will ensure our clients receive the highest level of service and expert guidance throughout their recruitment journey.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment process for diverse roles across multiple industries.
  • Employ innovative sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
  • Provide expert consultation to clients on talent acquisition strategies.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication.
  • Regularly update clients on progress and candidate status.
  • Implement best practices in recruitment to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Human Resources Management or Business Administration
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a recruitment consultant role

Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Zulu: Basic

Advantageous
