We are searching for a passionate Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting the best candidates in the market. You will partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, creating tailored recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare and present candidate shortlists to clients.
• Negotiate employment terms and salaries with candidates.
• Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
• Report recruitment metrics and suggest improvements to current processes.
• Participate in career fairs and industry events to promote the company and attract talent.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment consulting

Technical Skills

• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Data Analysis

Certifications

• Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC)
• Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS)

• English: Fluent
