Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Aesthetician to join our beloved wellness spa in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality skin care treatments, including facials, waxes, and peels. Candidates should be knowledgeable about skincare products and treatments and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality aesthetic services tailored to individual client needs.
• Engage with clients to understand their skincare concerns.
• Stay informed about new products and techniques in the aesthetic field.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
• Participate in promotional events for the spa services.
• Collaborate with other staff to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Monitor inventory and assist with product orders as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Beauty Therapy or related field
• Higher qualifications in aesthetics are a plus.

Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in skin treatments

Technical Skills

• Chemical Peels

Certifications

• Certified Skincare Specialist

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge in makeup application: Ability to provide makeup consultations and applications.
