As a Skincare Specialist at Exclusive Skincare Spa, you will deliver a variety of beauty treatments while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. Your role will require good communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the beauty industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in maintaining outstanding customer relations.
• Document and report any concerns regarding equipment or treatment products.
• Attend to the reception and assist with bookings when necessary.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to refine techniques and services.
• Utilize social media platforms to promote services and engage with clients.
• Create content for promotional materials and newsletters.
• Encourage client feedback to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Aesthetic Therapy
• Additional certifications in massage or complementary therapies are advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a beauty therapy environment.
