Pharmacist

Job Description

As a Pharmacist at our Durban location, you will be responsible for dispensing medications accurately, counselling patients on proper medication usage, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and passionate about providing high-quality pharmaceutical care.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and ethical standards.
• Advise patients on over-the-counter medications and general health products.
• Provide immunizations and participate in public health initiatives.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff.
• Assist in formulating pharmacy policy and procedure.
• Track medication therapy and report adverse drug reactions.
• Respond to medication-related inquiries from patients and healthcare providers.
