We are seeking a talented Aerospace Engineer to join our team in East London. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in aerodynamics, propulsion systems, and a deep understanding of aerospace technologies. You'll play a key role in designing, testing, and optimizing aerospace components and systems. Your creativity and analytical skills will contribute significantly to ongoing projects aimed at enhancing flight safety, efficiency, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Optimize design methodologies to enhance product development.
• Coordinate with external partners and suppliers during project phases.
• Present concepts and prototypes during technical reviews.
• Customize testing protocols to evaluate new aerospace technologies.
• Participate in audits and compliance assessments for engineering projects.
• Document findings and propose solutions for ongoing projects.
• Foster a culture of safety and quality within the engineering team.
• Assist in budget management and resource allocation for engineering tasks.
• Collaborate on projects that enhance environmental sustainability.
• Support post-launch analysis to gather lessons learned.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering is highly desirable

Experience

• 5+ years in the aerospace sector with a focus on design and analysis
