Requirements

Education

• NQF Level 4 in Childcare or equivalent
• Higher qualification in Early Childhood Education preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in childcare or teaching roles

Technical Skills

• Behavior Management
• Early Learning Curriculum Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Empathy
• Creativity

Certifications

• Child Development Associate Credential

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Fluent in Afrikaans: Ability to communicate effectively in Afrikaans will be highly regarded.
• Experience in outdoor educational programs: Knowledge in organizing and leading outdoor activities for children.
