Job Description

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for aesthetics, creativity, and proficiency in design software to create visual concepts that convey ideas and messages effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts and establish the overall vision for a variety of design projects.
• Create infographics to present complex information visually.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with the overall brand strategy.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Mentor junior designers and oversee their projects from a design standpoint.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or related field
• Master's degree in Design is advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Motion Graphics
• UX/UI Design

Soft Skills

• Teamwork

Certifications

• Google UX Design Certificate
• Adobe Certified Associate (ACA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Digital Illustration Skills: Ability to create unique illustrations for projects.
