Job Description

Join our team as a Construction Manager responsible for the successful delivery of construction projects in Port Elizabeth. You will manage teams, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the construction team and coordinate site activities.
  • Ensure high standards of workmanship and adherence to safety regulations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Review and approve project-related documents and permits.
  • Monitor site progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Construction Management is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field

  • 7+ years of experience in the construction industry
