Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Real Estate Appraiser to join our Cape Town office. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating properties and preparing detailed appraisal reports while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform inspections of residential and commercial properties.
  • Generate detailed appraisal reports using standard industry methods.
  • Utilise comparative market analysis to ascertain property values.
  • Ensure adherence to legal standards and professional ethics.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support appraisal needs.
  • Keep updated with changes in property market conditions.
  • Engage with stakeholders for property information and insights.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to appraisal clients.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in real estate appraisal
