Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations, while fostering communication among team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution and implementation of projects.
• Facilitate collaboration between departments to ensure project alignment.
• Track and analyze project performance metrics.
• Adjust project plans based on feedback and findings.
• Ensure projects adhere to compliance and industry standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
• Conduct project closure activities and lessons learned sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Master’s in Project Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of project management experience in related industry

Technical Skills

• Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Time Management

Certifications

• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Lean methodologies: Understanding of Lean principles to optimize project efficiency.
• Previous experience in IT projects: Experience managing IT-related projects can be an added advantage.
