Responsibilities

• Utilize CAD software and other design tools to create detailed architectural plans.
• Assess project feasibility and budget constraints during the design process.
• Liaise with local authorities to secure necessary permits.
• Evaluate and select materials and construction methods to meet sustainability standards.
• Conduct site evaluations and inspections to monitor project progress.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of industry trends.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture

Experience

• 5+ years in architectural design roles

Technical Skills

• SketchUp
• Revit

Soft Skills

• Communication Skills
• Negotiation Skills

Certifications

• Chartered Architect

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
