We are in search of an IT Support Technician who is passionate about technology and eager to assist users with their IT-related issues. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software problems, providing outstanding support, and ensuring a seamless technological experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for IT-related issues.
• Document all support interactions and solutions.
• Collaborate with the IT team to optimize system performance.
• Participate in training sessions for staff on new technologies.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on IT equipment.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science preferred

Experience

• 2+ years in a technical support role

• Linux Operating Systems

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• ITIL Foundation Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
